The Director of Administration and Supplies, Mrs B. O. Onekutu was born on 30 th December 1957, Graduated in 1979 with a bachelor's degree in education from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and a Masters degree in 1987 from the University of Jos. She began her career from 1980 in public service as education officer II with the Benue State Ministry of Education and proceeds to the then Nigerian Educational Research Development Council (NERDC) in 1988 where she served as a Senior Administrative Officer and later National Primary Education Commission (NPEC) in 1994 (now Universal Basic Education Commission, UBEC ). She is a Fellow of Institute of Corporate Administrators (FCAI) and member of Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) .

She has attended a wide range of courses both home and abroad throughout her 28 years of working experience.

She is happily married and blessed with children.
